The Vortex™ liner material is up to 5x stronger than the competition, has 200 stock colors to choose from, and supported by over 600 existing dealer-ships throughout the United States and other countries.
The Vortex™ Liner is an incredible blend of Polyurethane (Rhino-Liner) and Polyurea (Line-x) materials. This blend of the most durable composites is manufactured by Vortex Sprayliners, Inc. It is a two component, solvent free, and 100% solids product backed with 50 years of coating technology. This product is especially designed for truck bed liners, cargo vans, trailers and virtually all-hard surfaces. This system is great on concrete or block walls as a moisture barrier.
The material can be sprayed from 1/8 to 18 inches and the material bonds to itself so custom logos and graphics can be sprayed on as well. Should you damage the liner, it can easily be repaired by any Vortex dealer in the country (many liners cannot be re-sprayed due to their low adhesion ability).
